Legacy Nails and Spa and My Wedding Library will open in shop spaces at The Summit. Both are expected to open in May.
Additionally, Bayer Properties, owner of the south Reno center, said The Chocolate Bar restaurant at The Summit will reopen in early April under new ownership.
