Alexis Dae Melendrez, 8, of Dayton, died April 22, 2011. She was born Aug. 25, 2002, in Carson City. She was preceded in death by her father, David Melendrez. Her brother, Colton Melendrez passed away shortly after her. She is survived by her mother, Natasha Johnson and by grandparents.
A celebration of life will be held on 1 p.m. Friday at Ross Gold Park in Carson City. Arrangements entrusted to Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Carson City.
