David James Melendrez, 30, of Carson City, died April 22, 2011. He was born on Feb. 24, 1981, in Carson City. His children, Alexis Dae Melendrez and Colton James Melendrez passed away shortly after him. He is survived by his father, Tony Melendrez; mother, Sharon Roach; twin daughters, Kylei Faith Melendrez and Kaylee Ann Melendrez; brothers, Stephen Melendrez and Anthony Melendrez; and sister, Melissa Mulder.
A celebration of life will be held on 1 p.m. Friday at Ross Gold Park in Carson City. Arrangements entrusted to Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Carson City.
