The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty in court:
• Judith Ann Wheelus, 57, was arrested at 2 p.m. Monday on the 3300 block of Highway 50 E., on an outstanding warrant for being a fugitive from justice in El Dorado County, Calif., a felony. Bail was set at $10,000.
• Terry Nicholson, 52, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Champion Drive and Airport Road on suspicion of attempted theft, a felony, and a warrant for failing to appear in court in Carson City. No bail.
• Jessy Richards, 30, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of Musser Street on an outstanding warrant for being a fugitive from justice in Lassen County, Calif. Bail was set at $2,500.
