The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty in court:
• James Montel Dean, 25, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. Thursday on David and Stewart streets on suspicion of probation violation and an outstanding failure to appear warrant, both felonies. No bail was set.
• Jose Gabino Espinoza Sierra, 19, a transient, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. Thursday at Highway 50 and College Parkway on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with an intent to sell, both felonies. Bail was set at $10,000. Sierra allegedly had no valid driver's license and failed to maintain a travel lane while driving a car, both misdemeanors.
• Jessica Kay Monma, 32, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. on Wednesday on the 300 block of Burton Street on suspicion of an outstanding failure to appear warrant. No bail was set.
