Missy Hinton has been hired as public relations manager by John Ascuaga's Nugget.
Hinton worked for four years as director of communications and public relations at the Builders Association of Northern Nevada, and she served as marketing coordinator at Diamond Peak Ski Resort for four years.
Hinton holds a bachelor's degree in communications from William Paterson University in New Jersey.
