Bernadine E. Sandkuhle, 92, of Minden died May 31, 2011. She was born Aug. 19, 1918, in Spokane, Wash., to Perry and Mildred Pierce. She was preceded in death by her husband Herman J. Sandkuhle. Survivors include sons James, Gary and Robert Dykes; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A private family service will be at a later date. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
