Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City jail. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty in court:

• A 43-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 1:58 a.m. Monday in the 3800 block of Highway 50 East. His 19-year-old daughter was charged with interfering with an officer for taking the vehicle's keys, locking it and leaving the scene. Bail was set at $1,000 bail.

• A 19-year-old was arrested at 11:41 p.m. Saturday after an area resident reported seeing him and a 17-year-old juvenile "tagging" a wall at Poole Way and Carmine. He was charged with graffiti, possession of drug paraphernalia, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and destruction of property. Bail was set at $2,500.

• A 31-year-old Carson City resident was arrested on shoplifting charges at 4:55 p.m. Sunday after security charged her with attempting to leave the store with a bottle of wine. Bail was set at $250.

• A 19-year-old Carson City woman was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia at 4:44 p.m. Sunday after a police were called 1800 block of East William Street. Bail was set at $3,500.
