Maryann, 73, passed away on November 5, 2011. She was born in Berkley, CA., to Earl and Dorothy Soward. She worked in the medical field several years and Walmart. She had one son, Michael Lepai, who passed away. She is survived by two sisters, Carol Balcom of Carson City, NV, and Bonnie George of Rohnert Park, CA.; a brother, Don Soward of West Richland, WA., and many nieces and nephews. Maryann battled cancer for many years. She lived and worked in Lake Tahoe before moving to Carson City. At her request, no funeral services will be held. Arrangements were in the care of Autumn Funerals & Cremations.
