Margaret Cavin has been reappointed by Gov. Brian Sandoval to the Nevada State Contractors Board through Oct. 31, 2014. Cavin, founder of J&J Mechanical in Sparks, was first appointed to the Nevada State Contractors Board in January 2000 and served three terms, including a term as president.
