Fiserve, a Wisconsin firm that analyzes residential price trends, said last week it projects that Carson City is one of only two markets in the nation in which home prices are expected to increase at a double-digit rate between the middle of 2011 and the middle of 2012. (The other is Madera-Chowchilla, Calif.)
