Obituary: Kate M. Kane

Born in Meiningen, Germany, Kate passed away suddenly on Thursday, October 13th, in Carson City.

Kate was a 17 year resident of Carson City and enjoyed the company of the many friends she made here. Her involvement with the Acquacise Swimmers, Mah Jong Club, German Club, past volunteer work, and other charitable interests greatly enhanced her life.

She is survived by her son Werner, daughter Uta, 3 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and a niece and nephew.

She leaves behind her devoted and caring neighbors and beloved dog, Doyle.

Friends are invited to a celebration of Kate's life on Sunday October 23rd at 3:00pm . St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1202 N. Saliman Rd., Carson City, NV.
