The Tahoe Douglas Bomb Squad has been called out to examine two suitcases left in the parking lot of Southwest Gas on Eagle Station Lane in South Carson City.
The suitcases were discovered about 3 p.m., said Sheriff Ken Furlong.
Eagle Station Lane is closed to through traffic.
