Samantha Duran has been hired by The Grove at South Creek to handle sales for the private events center.
Duran, who has worked in service and hospitality jobs for 10 years, previously worked in event sales at Arrowcreek Country Club.
She earned a bachelor's degree in human development from the University of Nevada, Reno.
