Obituary: Florence Louise Donovan-Gunderson

Florence Louise Donovan-Gunderson was born July 16, 1944 in Boston, Mass., and she died September 6, 2011.

She is preceded in death by her father, Arthur H. Sharp and mother Cynthia G. Austin. She is survived by her husband Wally Gunderson, her children Sandy Moiseoff and Cindy Dopf, four grandchildren Ryan and Laura Moiseoff and Donovan and Peyton Dopf, son-in-laws Ron Moiseoff and David Dopf, two sisters Grace Toler and Marie McCary.

A memorial service will be held Friday, September 16, at 6:00pm at the Hope Lutheran Church of the Sierra, 930 Julie Lane, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150, 530-541-1975.

Florrie put family first. She was a very active grandma and loved to ski, sled and bake with her grandkids. She was a resident of South Lake Tahoe for over 30 years. She loved Lake Tahoe and exploring the outdoors with her grandchildren. She was a very outgoing person and made friends easily. She gave so much to family and friends. She will be missed more than words can say. Arrangements were in care of Autumn Funerals & Cremations.
