Sam Sarver and Vic Strandberg have been promoted by Haws Corp. of Sparks.
Sarver, previously director of sales-industrial, was named director of sales for North America.
He has worked for the manufacturer of drinking fountains and emergency equipment since 2005.
Strandberg, formerly the engineering manager, was promoted to director of research and development. He has 25 years experience in product development and management.
