Lonnie N. Cline, 71, passed away February 1, 2012 in Silver Springs, Nevada - his home for the last 20 years. He was born in Minnesota and raised in Calif., is parents preceded him in death years ago.
He is loved and missed by his wife, Doris, wed 38 years and together 40. He has two step-sons, Gary and Rick; three grandchildren, Jared, Cindy and Christopher; five great-grandchilren, Toni, Ryan, Taryn, Isabelle and Chris, Jr.; nieces, nephews and friends - loved by all!
Lon was a dinner cook at various restaurants, Reno Sahara and many years at Harrahs. He was manager and executive chef for Charo in Kauai, HI, chef at the Silverado for a few years before retirement in 2007. Lon lived in Nevada most of his life, he loved his home and family. For many years he went hunting every November in Arkansas with his brother-in-law - that was his vacation! Rest in peace my love.
