The Nevada State Contractors Board has revoked the licenses of a Sparks window contractor after finding that the company failed to establish financial responsibility.
AK Designs LLC, which did business as Accent Window, also was fined $750.
In a second disciplinary action, the board fined Evans Homes Inc. of Minden $100 for failure to include Residential Recovery Fund information on a contract or proposal.
