Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Manicotti with sauce, Italian veggies, grapes, French bread with margarine and vanilla pudding.

TUESDAY: Barbecue pork ribs, macaroni salad, three bean salad, cornbread with honey butter and ice cream.

WEDNESDAY: Cobb salad, carrot and celery sticks, Chantilly fruit cup and zucchini muffins.

THURSDAY: Sweet and sour chicken over rice, Asian veggie, tossed salad and Mandarin oranges.

FRIDAY: Stuffed pepper over linguine, romaine Caesar salad, apples and garlic bread.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Breaded fish squares on whole wheat bun, tartar sauce, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, Tater Tots and pears.

TUESDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, veggie blend, whole wheat bread with margarine and fresh orange sections.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey bean burrito, Mexicorn, carrot raisin salad and canned red cherries.

THURSDAY: Vegetable soup, chefs salad, green beans, pie and fruit juice.

FRIDAY: Apple topped pork loin, baked sweet potato, lettuce and tomato salad with French dressing, whole wheat roll and margarine, cake and ice cream.


Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Combination pizza, Greek salad, fruit punch and frosted brownies.

TUESDAY: Chili relleno casserole, honey lime salad, refried beans, Spanish rice and citrus trifle.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken teriyaki on a Kaiser roll, macaroni salad, fruit kabobs and cupcakes.

THURSDAY: Lemon baked fish with tartar sauce, roasted asparagus, rosemary red potatoes and honeydew melon.

FRIDAY: Baked ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, pineapple coleslaw, squash casserole and carrot cake.


Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Tuna sandwich, lentil soup, apples and carrot raisin salad.

TUESDAY: Chicken pasta, herbed vegetable medley, spinach salad, garlic bread, spiced apple sauce and orange banana juice.

WEDNESDAY: Chef salad, ham, turkey, cheese, roast beef, hard boiled egg, dressing, green beans, saltines, apple juice and cherry pie.

THURSDAY: Chili dogs, cheddar cheese and onions, mixed veggies, Tater Tots, watermelon and ice cream.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Spanish omelet, English muffins with margarine, apricot jam and orange juice.
