Alexia Bratiotis has been promoted to assistant general manager of The Summit.
Bratiotis had been The Summit's area marketing manager since 2009 and has more than 10 years of experience in public relations, media management and community relations experience.
Bratiotis is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
