CIBL Inc., a Reno company that owns interests in Midwestern television stations, says it purchased 81,552 shares of ICTC Group, which owns wireless interests in North Dakota.
Paying $22.25 a share in the offer that began Nov. 21, publicly held CIGL said it spent $1.8 million to acquire the ICTC shares.
The 81,552 shares represent about a 20 percent interest in ICTC, which supported CIBL's offer.
