Deputies arrested Brian Martin of Carson City just before 11 p.m. Thursday after a traffic stop on Lone Mountain Drive.
Martin, 29, was stopped for repeatedly failing to signal lane changes and turns, according to the arrest report. A search of the vehicle turned up a meth pipe, seven grams of marijuana and a gram of methamphetamine.
He was charged with possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and a felony count for the meth possession.
He was also charged with the turn violation.
Total bail was set at $4,125.
