Mary Heid has joined the staff of the Terry Lee Wells Nevada Discovery Museum as an information technology specialist.
Heid, who has worked for education-related organizations for more than 20 years, previously worked in Rochester, N.Y., at a school for children with disabilities and worked in the systems design and integration department of Nazareth College in Rochester.
She earned a bachelor's degree in information technology from Nazareth College.
