Bruce Specter has joined Universal Value Advisors, a Reno-based investment advisory firm, as a private wealth manager.
Specter previously worked as an advisor on business development and channel management to the financial services and wholesale distribution industries. He has worked 25 years in real estate development, finance and business management.
