Maddyson Ann Marie Palmer, 5, of Gardnerville, passed away February 18, 2012. She is survived by her mother, Mandi Palmer; brother, Dominick; her father, Charles Vaughan Sr.; brothers, Charles Vaughan, Jr, Justice and Nathaniel; sisters, Deztiny and Megan; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and great-grandparents.
Services will be held at 11am on Monday, February 27, 2012 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Gardnerville.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to any one of the following: Children's Heart Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities or Make-a-Wish Foundation.
