Debra Struhsacker, an environmental permitting and government relations consultant in Reno, has been hired to manage permitting and government affairs for the Wind Mountain gold and silver deposit under development by Bravada Gold Corp. of Vancouver. The project is about 100 miles northeast of Reno.
