CHAOS to Cash, a consignment business, has been launched at 215 S. Wells Ave. by Debbie Cox.
Cox, who also works as a professional organizer, said used merchandise consigned for sale at the store also will be listed in at least online marketplaces such as Craigslist, eBay or specialized sites.
