Biggest Little Investments L.P., the owner of the Sierra Marketplace shopping center at Moana Lane and South Virginia, is making an offer to acquire the interests of limited partners who hold fewer than 10 units each.
The company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it wants to reduce the costs of managing the small accounts.
Ben Farahi of Reno owns approximately 37.7 percent of the partnership's units and his two brothers John and Bob Farahi each own 17.7 percent.
