IHOP staff, management went above and beyond
To IHOP management:
Several retired U.S. military senior citizens decided to honor IHOP for staying the course in Carson City, so we had a belated birthday party for the oldest member of our group.
IHOP staff went out of their way to see that we were seated at a comfortable table, and we had a wonderful breakfast with excellent service from Helen. To our shock and amazement, someone (we think from IHOP management) paid for our breakfast.
We would like to thank our benefactor for the great service, friendly staff and good food, prepared to our order, and for our complimentary breakfast.
You know we will return to IHOP, and will recommend it to all our friends.
