Kennedy Wilson Auction Group will sell two properties in northern Nevada in a July 28 auction in Ontario, Calif.
The first is a 15,537-square-foot retail center on 2.5 acres at 8790 Red Rock Road near Moya Blvd. The strip center was constructed in 2007.
The second parcel is a 9,610-square-foot office and warehouse building in Wells that also was constructed in 2007. The facility, formerly operated as Shine 'N Chrome Truck Wash, was used as a big-rig truck wash and maintenance center.
