CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Reuben sandwich with sauerkraut, broccoli salad, cantaloupe, strawberries with Cool Whip.

TUESDAY: Joe's BBQ pork ribs, macaroni salad, green beans, corn bread with honey butter, ambrosia.

WEDNESDAY: Closed for holiday.

THURSDAY: Italian sausage with onions and peppers, potato salad, stewed tomatoes, orange wedges.

FRIDAY: Roast turkey, wild rice, carrots, Waldorf salad, birthday cake, ice cream

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Meatball sandwich with mozzarella on a French roll, green beans with stewed tomatoes, potato wedges, cottage cheese and pineapple.

TUESDAY: BBQ chicken, baked acorn squash, cucumbers in sour cream, biscuit with honey and ambrosia

WEDNESDAY: Closed for the holiday.

THURSDAY: Breaded fish squares on whole wheat hamburger bun, tartar sauce, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, Tater Tots and pears.

FRIDAY: Scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, toast, margarine, peaches, V8 juice and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Chef salad ( lettuce, tomato, cheese, turkey and ham ), hard boiled egg, blueberry muffin and grapes.

TUESDAY: Fried chicken macaroni salad, mashed potatoes & gravy, corn, biscuit, fruit punch and apple pie.

WEDNESDAY: Closed for holiday.

THURSDAY: Sloppy Joe, baked beans, baby carrots and fruit cocktail.

FRIDAY: Cream of potato soup, chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat bread, with lettuce, and tomato and potato chips and sherbet.
