Brian Goss has been named president and chief financial officer of Elko-based Graphite Corp., the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission last week.
Goss is the founder of Rangefront Consulting LLC, an Elko-based geological services company. He also has held positions as a geologist with several mining companies in northeast Nevada.
He earned a geology degree from Wayne State University.
Goss succeeds Gloria Ramirez-Martinez, who resigned as president and chief financial officer of Graphite Corp. She becomes the company's secretary, succeeding Steven Radvak, who resigned.
