VirnetX Holding Corp. of Zephyr Cove said last week it settled patent litigation with Mitel Networks Corp.
In the agreement, VirnetX will receive a one-time payment (the amount wasn't disclosed) and ongoing royalty payments. VirnetX has developed patented security technology for mobile devices.
