Lunch menus for the week of July 23 subject to change without notice. Choice of beverage included.

CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Baked ham with pineapple, scalloped potatoes, spinach, and mixed berries.

TUESDAY: Asian chicken salad, watermelon, crackers, and cranberry muffin.

WEDNESDAY: Chili relleno, peas, Spanish rice, and spiced pears.

THURSDAY: Baked pork loin, stuffing, corn, fruit salad, and whole wheat bread with margarine.

FRIDAY: Liver and onions or Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, tomatoes, vinaigrette, and sliced peaches.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, peaches, and cookies.

TUESDAY: Tacos with lettuce, tomato, and cheese, rice, zucchini, tomatoes, chips and salsa, and watermelon.

WEDNESDAY: Pasta bake, spinach salad, garlic bread, and Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.

THURSDAY: Sloppy joes on whole wheat bun, baked beans, baby carrots, and fruit cocktail.

FRIDAY: Breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs and cheese, hash browns, cantaloupe, sausage, cinnamon roll, V8 juice, and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Crab cakes, apple walnut slaw salad, vegetable rice pilaf, cauliflower, and strawberry shortcake.

TUESDAY: Meatloaf, romaine and dried cranberry salad, au gratin potatoes, creamed peas, and banana cream pie.

WEDNESDAY: Roast beef, red potatoes, garden salad, peaches, mixed veggies, and gingerbread.

THURSDAY: Barbecue pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw salad, potato wedges, whole kernel corn, and cherry walnut dessert.

FRIDAY: Taco salad with lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, sour cream, Spanish rice, refried beans, and apple crisp.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Southwest barbecue chicken burger, baked beans, carrot sticks, and pineapple chunks.

TUESDAY: Crab salad, beets, saltines, cantaloupe, sherbet and cake.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey pot pie, mixed green salad with creamy Italian dressing, 7 grain bread, and peach jam with baked apples.

THURSDAY: Sauteed shrimp pasta, broccoli, garlic bread, strawberries, and cake.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Pancakes, syrup, eggs, and cantaloupe.

YERINGTON

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Pot roast, red potatoes, mixed veggies, garden salad, and peaches. 

TUESDAY: Clam chowder, stuffed tomato with tuna salad, and carrot and celery sticks.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti, vegetable salad, and garlic bread.

THURSDAY: Chicken enchilada casserole, Spanish rice, and chips and salsa.

FRIDAY: Tilapia rice pilaf, broccoli salad, and Jell-O parfait.
