A Togo's Eateries Inc. restaurant will be launched by franchisee Rob Harris in downtown Reno this summer.
The location at 490 S. Center St. next to the Terry Lee Wells Nevada Discovery Museum is the second owned by Harris in the Reno-Sparks area. The first is in Spanish Springs.
