BTI Group Mergers & Acquisitions of Reno brokered the sale of Big Sky Discount Self Storage in Susanville. The self-storage and U-Haul rental business was purchased by Michael and Holli Peel, principals of Safe-Hold Storage of Livermore, Calif. Jim Edlund and Katrina Loftin-Winkel of BTI Group represented both the buyer and the seller.
