Michael Moreno has been appointed by The Regional Transportation Commission as public information officer.
Moreno previously served as RTC's community outreach officer, a post he held since 2002.
Moreno also has worked as northern Nevada director for U.S. Sen. Richard Bryan and as a vice president for Wells Fargo Bank (formerly First Interstate Bank).
