Unlicensed contractors cited during sting

The Nevada State Contractors Board issued citations to 10 people in northern Nevada after a multi-day joint sting event targeting individuals advertising on craigslist without a contractors license and contracting without a license.

Citations were issued to:

Blake L. Martin of Reno, contracting and advertising without a license; Michael H. Moreth of Reno; advertising and contracting without a license; Daniel C. Perry of Reno, advertising without a license; Remberto A. Ayala of Carson City, advertising without a license; Devin A. Palmer of Carson City, advertising without a license; Elizabeth E. Stearns of Carson City, advertising without a license; Tyrell M. Swap of Carson City, advertising without a license; William J. Beard of Elko, contracting without a license; Michael R. Galgiani of Reno, contracting without a license and William P. Neidinger of Reno, contracting without a license.
