Berry Petroleum Inc. of Denver said last week it closed the sale of developed oil and gas properties in Elko, Eureka and Nye counties.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Berry said it sold the properties to a group of private buyers for $16.5 million.
The company had said in earlier filings that its developed properties in Nevada included 771 acres.
