The 81-unit Rancho 777 Apartments in Reno have been purchased by Bajwa Properties.
The 29,345-square-foot property on 1.6 acres at 777 E. 4th St. was sold by a private trust. The sales price was $1.15 million.
Todd Blonsley, a vice president for investments with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, represented both the buyer and the seller.
