William E. Peterson, Suellen Fulstone and Janine (Jacey) C. Prupas

William E. Peterson, Suellen Fulstone and Janine (Jacey) C. Prupas have joined the Reno office of Snell & Wilmer.

Peterson spent 18 years in private practice with Woodburn and Wedge, followed by 10 years as senior vice president for NV Energy entities including its electric, gas and water utilities in Southern Nevada, Northern Nevada, and Eastern California, followed by six years at law firm of Morris Peterson.

Peterson earned his law degree at the University of Southern California after completion of undergraduate work at North Carolina State University. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Army.

Fulstone has practiced in the Reno area for more than 35 years primarily in real property, property tax, general business and employment litigation. Fulstone worked at the firms of Morris Peterson, Littler Mendelson and Woodburn and Wedge.

She received her law degree from Stanford University School of Law and her bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Prupas previously was an associate at Morris Peterson for seven years and also worked as a law clerk for District Court Judge Janet J. Berry in Washoe County.

She received her earned her bachelor's degree and law degree from Santa Clara University.
