Because of an editing error, a Saturday story about the City Center Project erroneously stated that supervisors have the authority to raise the sales tax rate by one-half of a cent without a vote of the people. The correct figure is one-eighth of a cent. Supervisor Shelly Aldean did not quote an incorrect figure.
