MONDAY: Chicken bratwurst on a bun, potato salad, coleslaw, spiced applesauce, ice cream.

TUESDAY: Meatloaf, macaroni & cheese, peas & carrots, garden salad, apricots.

WEDNESDAY: Lemon-baked fish, brown rice, butternut squash, three-bean salad, bran roll, peach butter, tangerine.

THURSDAY: Joe's barbecued pork ribs, sweet potato, broccoli, dinner salad, orange, corn bread with margarine.

FRIDAY: Turkey fajita, Spanish rice, ranch-style beans, spinach salad with dressing, pineapple chunks.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Polish sausage, hoagie roll, garden salad with onions, bell peppers & dressing, potato wedges, apricots.

TUESDAY: Teriyaki chicken, rice, baked beans, spinach salad, whole wheat roll, margarine, banana.

WEDNESDAY: Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, whole wheat bread, margarine, peaches.

THURSDAY: Turkey-bean burrito, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, apricot halves.

FRIDAY BIRTHDAY: Shrimp, baked potato with margarine & sour cream, asparagus with garlic butter, strawberries, cake.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Crab-stuffed tomato, lettuce, hard-boiled egg, carrot sticks with Ranch, fresh pineapple, banana nut muffin.

TUESDAY: Chili with beans, cheese & onions, cottage cheese & pears, corn muffin, cherry-walnut dessert.

WEDNESDAY: Warm apple cider, roasted turkey & gravy, bread stuffing, corn, colorful salad with French dressing, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie.

THURSDAY: Tomato soup, tuna salad sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce & tomato, apple slices with peanut butter, sherbet.

FRIDAY: Combination pizza, grape juice, fresh banana, vanilla ice cream sandwich.

SILVER SPRINGS

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Seafood chowder, broccoli-stuffed potato, bread pudding, orange.

TUESDAY: Liver & onions or Salisbury steak, fiesta corn, tomatoes vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, peaches, apple butter.

WEDNESDAY: Baked chicken, peaches, green beans, potato wedges, roll, angel food cake.

THURSDAY BIRTHDAY DINNER 4 P.M.: Steak, asparagus with garlic butter, baked potato, strawberries, cake.
