NSDC funds loans for upgrades, expansions

Three northern Nevada businesses recently received funding from the Nevada State Development Corp.

Applied Soil Water Technologies received a loan with a 4.23 percent fixed interest rate for 20 years for upgrades to its 20,000-square-foot facility at 56 Coney Island Drive in Sparks.

Associated Laundry Management also received a loan at the same terms for expansion of an existing 18,830-square-foot building to 32,572 square feet and to refinance the original loan on ALM's facility at 250 Burge Road in Reno.

NevCal Trucking received a loan to purchase a 15,234-square-foot building at 2920 Waltham Way in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center.
