Heritage Bank senior management

Dave Pappas, Anne Grindle and Susann Boley have been hired by Heritage Bank of Nevada while Tom Traficanti and Denise Kline have been promoted by the bank.

Pappas has been hired as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Pappas, who has 23 years of experience in banking and finance, served as director of accounting for Harley Davidson Financial Services from 1999 to 2011.

He also has worked as vice president and controller for Pioneer Citizens Bank of Nevada, vice president of finance and operations at Frontier Financial Credit Union (formerly Washoe Credit Union) and financial analyst at First Interstate Bank of Nevada and Utah.

Pappas is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.

Grindle has been hired as vice president and loan support supervisor.

Grindle, who has 30 years experience in loan servicing, started her career at American National Bank in Bakersfield. She has also worked for American National Bank, Guardian Savings & Loan, California Republic Bank and Comstock Bank.

Boley was hired as vice president and controller.

Boley began her banking career in 1969 in Reno. She has served as CFO for banks in California and most recently served as CFO for Citizens Bank of Northern California in Grass Valley/Nevada City.

Traficanti was promoted to executive vice president and chief credit officer.

Traficanti has been with Heritage Bank since December 2001 and has over 23 years of banking and lending experience. He has held positions with Bank of the West, Nevada State Bank, Comstock Bank and US Bank.

Kline was promoted to senior vice president and human resources director.

Kline, who 23 years experience in banking and human resources, has been with Heritage Bank since July of 2006. She previously was with Bank of America (Security Bank of Nevada and Valley Bank) for 19 years holding positions as a branch manager and working in human resources.

Kline earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, management from UNR and obtained a master's degree in business from the University of Phoenix.
