Kelly Doyle, program coordinator at the Center for Civil Engineering Earthquake Research at the University of Nevada, Reno, Large Scale Structures Laboratory, was recognized by The American Society of Civil Engineers Committee on Student Activities as the 2012 Practitioner Advisor of the Year for Region 8. This marks the second year in a row that she has received the award.
