Biggest Little Investments L.P., the partnership that owns Sierra Marketplace shopping center at Moana Lane and South Virginia Street, earned $214,812 in the third quarter. This compares with earnings of $44,334 in last year's third quarter.
This year's results include $58,300 in fees the partnership earned in connection with financing it provided to a casino in Grand Falls, Iowa, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
