Steve Rosen has been named general manager of the Grand Sierra Resort.
Rosen currently serves as chief marketing officer for Santo Gaming, LLC. A 30-year veteran of the gaming industry, he also served as senior vice president of marketing for Macao Studio City, president of the Flamingo and senior vice president of corporate marketing for all of Caesars Entertainment Properties.
