Vicki Bovee

Vicki Bovee joined Reno-based Western Bariatric Institute as program dietitian.

Bovee has more than 25 years of experience in weight loss and weight management with nearly 10 years of expertise in specialized bariatric nutrition.

Bovee is co-author of two books with Chef Dave Fouts, "Ditch Your Diet in 30 Days" and "Recipes for Weight Loss Surgery Success: Starting Your Journey Step-By-Step." She also has held a faculty position at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

Bovee earned her master's degree in nutrition from Montana State University and her bachelor of science degree in home economics from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point.
