Alexia Bratiotis has been promoted to general manager of The Summit shopping center.
Bratiotis replaces Darryl Whitehead, who took a job as general manager for a shopping center managed by Bayer Properties in Knoxville, Tenn.
Bratiotis has more than 10 years experience in public relations, media management and community relations.
She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
